【摘要】 釆用非离子表面活性剂AEO-9与阴离子表面活性剂AES进行复配,并添加了助剂硅酸钠和碱性助剂碳酸钠,研制出了一种水基金属清洗剂。通过单因素法确定各成分的最佳去污浓度,再通过正交实验确定最佳配比,然后对清洗剂的各项性能进行测定,结果表明该清洗剂去污力、腐蚀率等各项性能均能达标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A aqueous metal detergent has been study out.The nonionic surfactant AEO-9 and the anion surfactant AES were mixed with addition agent of sodium silicate and basic promoter of sodium carbonate.The best decontamination concentration of every composition was determined by the single factor test and the best ratio was also determined through the orthogonal experiment.The test of the cleaning agent performance shows that the detergency,the corrosion rate and other various properties all reach the standard.更多还原
