2-氨基-3,5-二溴苯甲醛的合成研究
Synthesis of 2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde
【摘要】 本文介绍2-氨基-3,5二溴苯甲醛的合成新方法。它是以邻硝基苯甲醛为起始原料,铁粉为还原剂,在乙酸和乙醇溶剂中还原,得到邻氨基苯甲醛(Ⅰ),然后Ⅰ与NBS进行溴代反应得到目标产物,总收率为84.3%,产物结构经过1H NMR确证。该方法操作简便,安全性高。
【Abstract】 A new synthetic method was introduced of 2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde.It was synthesized from o-nitrobenzaldehyde,Iron powder for reducing agent,acetic acid and ethanol as solvent,obtained o-amino benzaldehyde(Ⅰ).And then bromination by NBS.The overall yield of target product was 84.3%.The product was characterized by 1H NMR spectrometry.The method is easy to operate and high safety.
