废润滑油再生工艺分类与研究进展

【摘要】 随着石油资源紧张和油价不断飙升,以及全球对环保要求的不断提高,使得各国都越来越重视废润滑油的回收再利用,由此大大促进了废润滑油再生工艺不断向着环保、高效、经济的方向发展。本文根据润滑油变质的机理和变劣的程度将废润滑油再生工艺分为3类,分别介绍了这3类废润滑油再生工艺的研究进展状况,并重点阐述了废润滑油再生技术的新工艺。在此基础上展望了我国废润滑油再生工艺的研究趋势。

【Abstract】 With the shortage of oil resources and the continuous surge of oil prices,as well as the world continuously improve environmental requirements,many countries are attaching more importance to the recycling of used lubricating oil,which greatly promote the waste oil regeneration technology development which continuously toward to the direction of environmentally friendly,efficient,and economy.This paper according to the mechanism of Deterioration of grease and the extent of Deterioration of grease,waste oil regeneration process is divided into three types,respectively introduced the progress of these three types of waste lubricating oil regeneration process research,and also focuses on the new technology of waste lubricating oil regeneration.Based on these knowledge,the author prospected the trends of the regeneration of waste lubricating oil process.
