【Abstract】 Teacher observation, which is self-exploration, is often practiced in teacher-training. Teachers can gain self-knowledge and self-insight of her own classroom behaviors from a fresh angle based on the process of topic choosing, data collecting,consultation and task report(interpretation of data and reflection on data), and also obtain many good teaching skills and experience.
