泡沫云对中远红外遮蔽性能测试分析
Experimental study on infrared extinction ability of foams cloud
【摘要】 采用Bruker OPAG33傅里叶变换红外遥测光谱仪,在自行研制的泡沫云起泡系统上,对泡沫云的中远红外波段信号的遮蔽性能进行了测试。结果表明:泡沫针对3~5μm和8~14μm的红外透过率随着起泡剂浓度的升高而先降低,当起泡剂浓度增加到0.1mol/L后,又开始升高;泡沫直径越小,中远红外透过率越低,泡沫云厚度越大,透过率越小。当直径分布为4~7mm时,厚度为10m时,3~5μm和8~14μm波段的红外透过率均在20%以下,且有效干扰时间在20分钟以上。研究结果可为这一新技术的战术运用设计,直接提供必要的理论基础和实验依据。
【Abstract】 The factors that influence the ability of foam′ s mid and far infrared extinction was studied. OPAG33 open-path Fourier transform infrared(OP-FTIR) spectrometer was used in this study. The fact that foam′s mid and far infrared extinction was influenced by the concentration of frother, the diameter of foam and the foam′ s thickness was confirmed by experiments. The foam′ s infrared transmittance in the range of 3-5 μm and 8-14 μm decreased when the concentration of frother increased. And then the infrared transmittance increased after the concentration of frother reached 0.1 mol/l. Diameter of foam was smaller, the infrared transmittance was lower. Thickness of foam was larger, the infrared transmittance was lower. The infrared transmittance in the range of 3-5 μm and 8-14 μm was less than 20% when the diameter was 4-7 mm and the thickness was 10 cm. Theory and experimental basis for the tactical application design of the new technique was provided according to the results of study.
