电弧等离子体冶金技术的实际应用

【摘要】 电弧等离子体具有温度高、能量集中、功率可调、气氛可控、无电极损耗、噪音低、设备简单、电热转换效率高等特点,是一种特殊的洁净高温热源,为高质量冶炼提供了优良环境,是特种合金材料冶炼理想的热源之一.自20世纪90年代本文作者开始研究开发大功率电弧等离子体发生器,先后应用于多种材料的工业冶炼生产和冶金效果研究实践之中,取得了一定经济效益和技术成果.本文介绍自行研发的已经成功应用于工业生产或冶金效果研究的几种电弧等离子体冶金技术.

【Abstract】 Arc plasma is a special clean hyperthermal power with many traits,such as high temperature,energy concentration,controllable power and atmosphere,non-loss electrode,low noise,simple devices and high ratio of electrothermal energy conversion.It is one of the ideal heat resource for the smelting of the special alloys and it can provide a good environment for the high-quality metallurgy.Since 1990s,the authors have studied and developed the high-powered arc plasma generators,which have been applied in the industrial metallurgy of many materials.Some economic benefits and technological fruits were achieved.Several arc plasma metallurgy technologies will be presented in the present paper,which have been put into practice in the industry or in the scientific research.
