碳化稻壳的真空高温除杂研究
Impurity removing of carbonized rice husk at high temperature in vacuum
【摘要】 研究了碳化稻壳(CRH)的真空高温除杂,考察了粒度、保温时间、保温温度和压力对除杂效果的影响.得到最佳工艺为:CRH粒度在75μm以下、保温时间120 min、保温温度1 100℃、压力70 kPa。在此最佳工艺条件下,CRH中磷的去除率达91.85%、硫的去除率达88.96%.
【Abstract】 Impurity removing of the carbonized rice husk(CRH) at high temperature in vacuum was studied.The effects of the particle size,the temperature holding time,the temperature and the pressure on impurity removing were investigated.The optimal conditions of impurity removing were obtained as follows: the size of CRH particle is less than 75 μm;temperature holding time is 120 min,the temperature is 1 100 ℃ and the pressure is 70 kPa.With these optimal conditions,91.85% phosphorus(P) in CRH can be removed,sulphur(S) removing ratio in CRH is up to 88.96%.
