添加硼泥对球团强度影响
Effect of boron sludge on strength of pellet
【摘要】 以辽东地区工业废弃物(硼泥)作为添加剂生产球团矿,初步探讨了硼泥对氧化球团抗压强度的影响及其应用的可行性.结果显示:随着球团矿中硼泥质量分数由0增加至2.5%时,球团矿抗压强度逐渐上升,增幅最大可达658 N/球,故该硼泥可作为球团添加剂用以提升球团矿强度.镜下观察可知,硼泥质量分数的增加使得球团中Fe3O4氧化再结晶过程增强,晶粒紧密连接且均匀分布,这有利于氧化球团的固结及强度的提升.同时,随着硼泥质量分数由0增加至2.5%时,球团矿孔隙度由18.61%减小至13.05%,这是提升球团矿强度的另一因素.
【Abstract】 The industrial waste(boron sludge) in Eastern Liaoning province was applied as an additive to produce pellet.The effects of boron sludge on compressive strength of the pellet and application feasibility of boron sludge were investigated preliminarily.It was found that: with addition of boron sludge from 0 to 2.5% in pellet,the compressive strength of the pellet increases gradually,the maximum amount is up to 658 N/pellet,therefore,the boron sludge can be used as an additive to produce pellets for enhancing strength.It can be seen from metallographic microscope that the boron sludge is beneficial to oxidize and recrystallize for Fe3O4.It makes the crystallite connect compactly and gives a well-distribution,so that it causes the enhancement of strength of the pellets.At the same time,with addition of the boron sludge from 0 to 2.5% the porosity of the pellets decreases from 18.61% to 13.05%.This is an another reason to increase the strength.
