【Abstract】 Regulation of university research funds based on process control emphasizes concepts,objects,and methods.These three factors have a significant impact on the regulatory process.Accordingly,this paper established a process control system model for the regulation of university research funds.This model includes the dimensional coordinates consisted of regulatory process,the key nodes,and factors.Based on process control theory,university research funds supervision should be done by correcting regulatory philosophy,specifying regulatory targets,and using integrated regulatory approach.更多还原
