【Abstract】 Department of business management of vocational college should aim at training top skilled talents to meet the needs of social development of regional economy,perfect core curriculum system,design teaching contents and teaching methods systematically,and construct stable productive training bases in and outside the college so as to build a teaching mode of "plants within college and college within plants" and "doing while learning and learning while doing".Besides,the quality of teaching staff and curriculum teaching as well as personnel training should be enhanced.Moreover,the ability of specialty to serve industry should be promoted to achieve a win-win situation of enterprises,students and colleges.
