【摘要】 目的探讨二线负责制在提高手术室护理质量、控制护理缺陷中的作用。方法设立护理二线岗位,制定工作职责,科内形成了护士长—护理二线—工作人员三级质控体系,比较实施前后手术科室医生对手术室满意度、护理文件书写、专科考核等指标的变化。结果实施二线负责制后上述各项指标均较实施前提高。结论实行护士长领导下的护理二线负责制,使手术室人力资源得到合理应用,提高手术室工作质量的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the secondary responsibility system to improve the operating room nursing quality、control the function of nursing defects.Methods To set up the second line position,job responsibilities,division formed within the head nurse,nursing of second-line,staff three-level quality control system,and compared before and after the implementation of satisfaction,surgical department doctor in the operating room nursing document writing and specialist appraisal indicators such changes.Results After implementing second-line system before the implementation of the above-mentioned indexes are improved.Conclusion Nursing secondary responsibility system under the leadership of the head nurse,make operating room human resources get reasonable application,is the effective means to improve the quality of the operating room.更多还原
