【Abstract】 This paper is intended to construct a co-evolutionary paradigm of enterprise strategic analyses by integrating the interrelated elements in theories about enterprise governance,evolution and competition into a hierarchical and co-evolutionary framework,i.e.,the"cognition-decision-governance-competition’,and to explain the systematic construction and evolutionary mechanism of the integration paradigm and the application in enterprise strategic analysis and management.更多还原
