采用原位聚合法制备耐有机溶剂的固相微萃取涂层

【摘要】 在引发剂偶氮二异丁腈、三元致孔剂(1,4-丁二醇、环己醇和水)存在条件下,将具有活性双键的单体1-十六碳烯与三元交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)原位共聚在石英纤维表面,得到新型的聚(1-十六碳烯-co-TMPTMA)固相微萃取(SPME)涂层纤维.对制备涂层的耐有机溶剂性能、耐酸碱性能、机械性能、重现性及其萃取性能进行全面的考察.结果表明:当与液相色谱联用时,涂层具有良好的耐有机溶剂性、稳定性和萃取性能.

【Abstract】 In the presence of AIBN initiator and ternary porogenic solvent(cyclohexanol/1,4-butanediol/water),1-hexadecene monomer and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate were polymerized in-situ on the surface of quartz fibre,thus a novel poly(1-hexadecene-co-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate) coating for solid phase microextraction was obtained.Properties of this as-prepared coating such as solvent resistant,acid-base resistant,mechanical property,reproducibility and extraction efficiency were thoroughly investigated.The obtained results showed the coating displayed good solvent resistant,stability and extraction efficiency when coupling with HPLC.
