全时四轮驱动新型双差动差速器的构造及原理分析

【摘要】 介绍一种适用于发动机前置、前轮驱动为主的全时四轮驱动乘用车的面齿轮双差动差速器。论述了面齿轮传动原理及特点,分析了面齿轮双差动差速器的构造、差动条件和转矩分配特性,推导出差动条件方程和转矩分配方程,并给出一设计示例。

【Abstract】 The face gear double differential applicable to passenger cars with front engine, mainly front-wheel driving full-time four-wheel drive was introduced. The transmission principle and characteristics for the face gear were discussed. And the characteristics of the construction, differential condition and torque distribution were analysed. The differential condition and torque distribution equation were derived, and a design example was given.
