【摘要】 党的十八大报告指出,我国发展仍处于重要战略期,这是对我国发展所面临的国际形势作出的科学论断。从机遇方面看,主要有:大国关系进入总体稳定期,有利于我国巩固战略机遇期的基础;国际力量对比进入日渐均衡期,有利于壮大维护战略机遇期的依靠力量;国际体系进入深度调整期,有利于构建维护战略机遇期的制度保障;我国发展崛起进入加速期,有利于增强维护战略机遇期的自主性和能动性。从挑战方面看,主要有:世界经济进入低速增长期,大国竞争进入多方角力期,我国周边环境进入敏感多事期,我国发展壮大进入"树大招风"期。我们要密切关注国际经济政治形势走向,不断提高科学应对能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report to the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party points out that China’s development is still at an important strategic opportunity period. This scientific judgment is formed in light of the international situation that China’s development is facing. Challenges always coexisted with opportunities. As for the opportunities, they mainly come from the following aspects: the big-power relationship enters into a period of overall stability, which makes it possible for China to lay a sound foundation for this strategic opportunity period; the international balance of power enters into a period of gradual equilibrium, which is favorable for China to build up a reliable force to maintain this strategic opportunity period; the international system enters into a period of deep going readjustments, which helps to build up a systematic guarantee for China to maintain this strategic opportunity period; and China’s development enters into a period of rapid acceleration, which is beneficial for China to enhance its initiative in maintaining this strategic opportunity period. As for the challenges, they mainly come from the following aspects: the world’s economy enters into a period of low-speed growth; big-power relationship enters into a period of competition in all sides; China’s peripheral environment enters into a period of sensitive troubling time and China’s rapid development enters into a period of "detraction pursues the great".
