【摘要】 目的探讨薄芝糖肽注射液在肾小球肾炎治疗中的作用。方法选取2012年5月-8月我院确诊的肾小球肾炎患者64例,随机分为常规治疗组32例和联合治疗组32例,联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上,联合应用薄芝糖肽注射液,疗程1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量,血尿素氮,肌酐,血清白蛋白,甘油三酯及胆固醇的变化。结果与常规治疗组比较,治疗后联合治疗组患者24小时尿蛋白定量明显下降,血清白蛋白水平升高,血尿素氮,肌酐,甘油三酯及胆固醇均显著降低。结论薄芝糖肽注射液能够减少患者的蛋白尿排出,改善肾功能,在肾小球肾炎的治疗中有较好的疗效,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of Bozhi glycopeptide injection in the treatment of glomerulonephritis. Methods 64 cases of glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into conventional treatment group 32 cases, and combined treatment group 32 cases. The combined group received Bozhi glycopeptide injection based on the conventional treatment group 1 month for a course. 24-hour urinary protein excretion, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, serum albumin, triglycerides and cholesterol were compared. Results 24-hour urinary protein excretion,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,triglycerides and cholesterol of combined group were significantly lower than the conventional treatment group,while the serum albumin were significantly higher than the conventional treatment group. Conclusion Bozhi glycopeptide injection might reduce proteinuria in patients discharged and improve renal function with the clinical value.更多还原
