【摘要】 目的探讨金蛤口服液对环磷酰胺造"血虚"小鼠模型免疫功能的影响。方法以环磷酰胺造成免疫功能障碍小鼠模型,检测金蛤口服液对小鼠免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏)质量的影响,并且计算对小鼠跳台错误次数和负重游泳时间的影响,结果金蛤口服液可显著提高"血虚"小鼠的免疫器官胸腺指数,同时改善了小鼠的跳台错误次数和负重游泳时间。结论金蛤口服液对环磷酰胺造"血虚"小鼠模型免疫功能有增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect the golden clam oral liquid on the" blood-weak " mouse model exposed with cyclophosphamide.Methods cyclophosphamide resulted in immune dysfunction in a murine model,detecte the effects of gold clam oral liquid on immune organs(thymus,spleen)weight,and calculate the carbon clearance index,detecte the effects of gold clam oral liquid on weight-carrying swimming time.Results the golden clam oral liquid can improve the " blood-weak " mouse thymus index,the golden clam oral liquid can improve the " blood-weak " weight-carrying swimming time and step-down wrong times(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion golden clam oral liquid enhance the immune function on " blood-weak " mouse model.更多还原
