【摘要】 目的观察对于糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)患者采用糖舒方配合电子脉冲进行治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2009年6月～2012年6月所收治的100例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组60例,对照组40例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用糖舒(自拟)一方加减配合电子脉冲进行治疗,比较两组患者的膀胱残余尿量及排尿症状的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为57.5%,且治疗组排尿次数、膀胱残余尿量均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖舒一方加减配合电子脉冲治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱疗效确切,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The curative effect of combining Tangshu Yifang with electronic pulse on the treatment of cases with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic bladder is observed in this paper.Methods clinical data of 100 cases with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic bladder receiving a treatment in Guangzhou Hospital of TCM from June 2009 to June 2012 was retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases) according to different treatment methods.Conventional treatment of western medicine was applied in control group.On this basis,the method of combining plus and minus Tangshu(self-made)Yifang with electronic pulse was applied in treatment group.Then,the changes of the cases of two groups in residual urine and urinating symptoms of bladders were compared.Results The overall response rates of treatment group and control group were 91.67% and 57.5%,respectively;treatment group was better than control group in urinating times and bladder residual urine.The difference between two groups was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of combining plus and minus Tangshu Yifang with electronic pulse on the cases with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic bladder is really definite,and thus this method is worth popularizing.更多还原
