阿司匹林溶出实验的改进
Aspirin dissolution experiment improvement
【摘要】 药物制剂溶出实验作为《药剂学》、《工业药剂学》等课程的重要实验之一,对于学生理解固体药物溶出的相关知识具有重要的指导意义。我校药学院开设的固体制剂溶出度的测定,是用可见-紫外分光光度计在可见光区测定阿司匹林片剂的溶出度,实验中测定方法存在一点的缺陷,学生实验结果普遍不好。笔者根据相关文献和实验,修改了实验方法,确定了新的测定波长,方法简单,可操作性强,实验结果重现性及稳定性好,适合学生教学实验。
【Abstract】 Drug dissolution experiment is one of the Pharmaceutics Experiments in the courses of the Pharmaceutics and the Industrial Pharmacy,which plays an important guiding act in learnning and understanding the knowledge of drug dissolution.And in our university,we use aspirin tablet as the solid dosage form to test it’s dissolution rate in the visible area with UV-PDA Spectrophotometer.But the student’s experiment remains some certain defects,the results are generally unfavorable.We found out another better wavelength according to the relevant literature and our experiments.It is practical for students to do because of the good reproducibility and stability.
