【摘要】 目的:观察泄浊排毒方治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:将60例高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予泄浊排毒方治疗,对照组予别嘌呤醇治疗,疗程均为4周。观察比较两组治疗前后血尿酸(BUA)、总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)、24h尿尿酸变化及临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.66%,对照组为93.33%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血尿酸较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.01),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组TCH、TG治疗后较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),24h尿尿酸较治疗前明显增多(P<0.05),对照组TCH、TG、24h尿尿酸治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泄浊排毒方可有效治疗高尿酸血症,同时可以改善体内代谢紊乱,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Paidu prescription( for eliminating turbidity and removing toxin) in the treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods: Sixty patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30). The treatment group was given Xiezhuo Paidu prescription,while the control group was given allopurinol. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of changes in blood uric acid( BUA),total cholesterol( TCh),triglyceride( TG),and 24hr urinary uric acid excretion,as well as treatment outcome. Results: There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and control group( 86. 66% vs 93. 33%,P > 0. 05). Both groups had significantly decreased BUA after treatment( P < 0. 01),and there was no significant difference in BUA between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The treatment group showed significant decreases in TCh and TG( P < 0. 05) and significant increase in 24hr urinary uric acid excretion( P < 0. 05),while the control group showed no significant changes in TCh,TG,and 24hr urinary uric acid excretion( P > 0. 05). The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Xiezhuo Paidu prescription is effective in treating hyperuricemia and can reduce metabolic disorders,and it has few adverse effects.更多还原
