不同产地千里光药材中金丝桃苷和绿原酸含量的比较研究

【摘要】 目的:比较不同产地千里光药材中金丝桃苷和绿原酸的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法。结果:5个不同产地的千里光药材中有效成分金丝桃苷和绿原酸的含量相差较大,其中金丝桃苷的含量以湖北枣阳县所产最高,绿原酸含量以贵州铜仁县所产最高。结论:目前千里光以野生资源为主,由于各地的千里光有效成分含量不同,给含千里光的中成药质量控制造成了一定的困扰,而规范化的药材种植是稳定药材质量的重要手段,建议发展人工规范化栽培千里光,以便更好地控制产品的内在质量,保证疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To conduct a comparative study of the content of hyperoside and chlorogenic acid in groundse l produced in different places. Methods: High-performance liquid chromatography was performed. Results: The content of hyperoside and chlorogenic acid differed greatly between the groundsel produced in 5 places; the groundsel produced in Zaoyang County,Hubei Province,China had the highest content of hyperoside,while the groundsel produced in Tongren County,Guizhou Province,China had the highest content of chlorogenic acid. Conclusion: Currently,groundsel is mainly from the wild,and the content of effective components varies in the groundsel from different places,which causes some trouble to the quality control of Chinese patent drug of groundsel. Standardized cultivation of medicinal plants is an important means for stabilizing the quality of medicinal material. Standardized cultivation of groundsel is recommended to better control the inherent quality of product and ensure therapeutic efficacy.
