【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard for spleen-strengthening,lung-nourishing,and cough-relieving granules.Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was performed to identify Polygala tenuifolia,tangerine peel,and Radix Glycyrrhizae in spleen-strengthening,lung-nourishing,and cough-relieving granules.Results:The TLC method had the advantages of high spot definition,high resolution,high specificity,and high repeatability.Conclusion:The TLC method is simple,feasible,and accurate and can be used for the quality control of spleen-strengthening,lung-nourishing,and cough-relieving granules.更多还原
