【摘要】 目的:总结血府逐瘀汤治疗心脑血管疾病的研究进展。方法:通过收集整理血府逐瘀汤在心脑血管方面临床资料与实验文献,研究血府逐瘀汤在心脑血管疾病中的应用及其机理。结果:血府逐瘀汤可调节血脂代谢,改善动脉粥样硬化;改善心肌缺血,保护心肌细胞;调节血管内皮细胞功能;抑制血小板聚集和抗血栓形成的作用,扩张冠状动脉,改善血液流变性,防止血管重构。从而在心脑血管疾病的防治中发挥重要作用。结论:以血府逐瘀汤为代表的中医活血化瘀法对心脑血管疾病的有重要作用,为心脑血管方面的防治提供一定的治疗借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the research progress of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods: Study the application and mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases through clinical and experimental literature.Results: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can adjust blood lipid metabolism,improve atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemia,protect myocardial cells,regulate vascular endothelial cell function,inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombosis,expand coronary artery,improve blood rheology and prevent vascular remodeling so as to play an important role in heart cerebrovascular disease prevention.Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction as representative of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis has an important role in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and provides reference for prevention and control of cardiovascular aspects.更多还原
