【摘要】 目的:探讨典型病例问诊规范化对学生模式思维能力培养的影响。方法:借助《典型病人问诊规范化培训手册》和CAI课件,对学生的问诊模式思维培养情况进行评分,并使用试题对学生进行测试。结果:经过典型病例问诊规范化实训后的学生问诊内容的掌握和技巧比未参加实训的学生明显提高,且问诊过程的顺序性、思维逻辑、主次关系等方面明显改善。结论:典型病例问诊规范化培训对学生模式思维能力的培养有明显帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To cultivate the mode thinking ability of students from the symptom and typical cases of inquiry standardization training.Methods: With the help of the typical patient interrogation standardization training manuals and CAI courseware,give a mark to the students and use the self-test questions on objective tests for students.Results: After standardized training of typical cases of interrogation,students who participate in training on master of the content and skills of inquire is better than students who did not participate in training as well as the order,logical thinking and the respect such as primary and secondary relations of the interrogation process were improved significantly.Conclusion: The typical patient interrogation standardization training can significantly improve the mode thinking ability of students.更多还原
