【摘要】 目的:观察通解三焦方合三仁汤化裁治疗小儿湿热咳嗽的疗效。方法:将135例患儿随机分为治疗组70例和对照组65例。治疗组采用通解三焦方合三仁汤化裁治疗,对照组给予小儿宣肺止咳颗粒。结果:治疗组有效率为93%,对照组有效率为75%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通解三焦方合三仁汤化裁治疗小儿湿热咳嗽疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observe the curative effect in the children with dampness heat cough treated by modified General Solution of Triple Warmer Decoctionand Sanren soup.Methods: 135 cases were divided into treatment group(n = 70) and control group(n = 65).The treatment group were treated with modified General Solution of Triple Warmer Decoction and Sanren soup and the control group were received therapy with Granules of Children Open the Inhibited Lung and Stop Coughing.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93% and that of the control group was 75%.There was significant difference between the two groups,processed by statistics.Conclusion: Modified General Solution of Triple Warmer Decoction and Sanren soup has notable curative effect in children with Dampness heat cough.更多还原
