【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗康复期颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注川芎嗪注射液及黄芪注射液,口服中药,同时加用针灸、按摩及推拿等辅助治疗。结果:观察组愈显率为68.75%,对照组愈显率为45.84%,两组愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑损伤康复期患者采取中西医结合治疗,可有效提高康复治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rehabilitation period of craniocerebral injury.Methods:96 patients according to random number table method can be divided into control group and observation group,each group of 48 cases and control group routine western medicine treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the meridians drip ligustrazine injection and astragalus membranaceus injection,oral medicine,at the same time combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,massage adjuvant therapy,etc.Results:Observation group markedly effective rate was 68.75%,the control group was 48.83%,markedly effective rate of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with craniocerebral injury rehabilitation period to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,can effectively improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment.更多还原
