【摘要】 目的:总结秦月好教授辨证分型治疗多囊卵巢综合征经验。方法:秦月好教授辨证论治,并根据生理周期对不同患者给予不同治法。结果:女性特殊生理周期分为月经前期、月经中期、月经后期、经间期,根据不同证型分别选用五才三仙汤、龙胆泻肝汤加味、丹栀逍遥散加味、膈下逐瘀汤加味、苍附导痰汤加味、三子三黄调经汤、逐瘀荡胞调经汤加味、桃红四物汤加味等方药给予治疗,并建立人工药物周期。结论:秦月好教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of Qin Yuehao in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods:Professor Qin treats different patients with syndrome differentiation of different treatment according to physiological cycles.Results:Women′s special physiology cycle is divided into premenstrua,midcycle,delayed menorrhea and intermenstrum.According to different syndrome types choose Wucai Sanxian Soup,flavored Longdan Xiegan Soup,flavored Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,flavored Gexia Zhuyu Soup,flavored Cangfu Daotan Soup,Sanzi Sanhuang Tiaojing Soup,flavored Zhuyu Dangbao Tiaojing Soup,flavored Taohong Siwu Soup,etc.And establish artificial drugs cycle.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Qin Yuehao in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome is remarkable.更多还原
