【摘要】 目的:观察研究喜炎平注射液治疗急性支气管炎伴发热的临床疗效。方法:选取本院急性支气管炎伴发热患者85例,按随机表分为对照组和治疗组,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状缓解和肺部体征恢复的治疗时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:喜炎平注射液能明显缓解急性支气管炎伴发热患者的临床症状,并可缩短病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection in treating acute bronchitis and fever.Methods:Eighty-five patients of acute bronchitis and fever in our hospital were randomly assigned to two groups.The trial group were administrated with Xiyanping injection and general treatment,while the control group were administrated with general treatment.The efficacy of two groups was observed.Results:The clinical effective rate were significantly elevated in the trial group(P<0.05).The days of recovery in clinical symptom and lung examination were obviously reduced in in the trial group(P<0.01).Conclution:Xiyanping injection in treatment of acute bronchitis and fever could obviously elevate the efficacy.
