【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将130例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组于月经第1天给予替硝唑注射液100 mL,静脉滴注,每日2次,左氧氟沙星注射液100 mL,静脉滴注,每日2次,连用5 d。治疗组月经期口服桃红四物汤加减,非月经期口服解毒活血汤加减。结果:对照组有效率为53.84%,治疗组有效率为84.61%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating salpingemphraxis infertility.Methods:130 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given Tinidazole injection 100 mL on first day of menstruation,intravenous drip,2 times daily,Levofloxacin injection 100 mL,intravenous drip,2 times a day.The treatment group peach was given oral flavored Taohong Siwu decocotion in menstrual period and oral flavored Jiedu Huoxue decoction after menstruation.Results:The effective rate was 53.84% in control group and 84.61% in treatment group.Compared the effective power of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating salpingemphraxis infertility has remarkable curative effect.更多还原
