【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将35例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组18例和对照组17例。对照组采用单纯的西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方大承气汤加味合针刺中脘、天枢、气海、足三里。结果:治疗组有效率94.44%,对照组有效率88.23%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床疗效确切,经济安全,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods:35 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 18 cases and control group 17 cases.The control group received routine treatment alone,the treatment group was treated with compound Dachengqi decoction combined with acupuncture in Zhongwan,Tianshu,Qihai,Zusanli point on the basis of control group.Results:the effective rate of treatment group 94.44%,the effective rate of control group 88.23%,two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation is effective,economic security,and the adverse reactions.更多还原
