【摘要】 目的:探讨体质食养对学龄前儿童的健康促进作用。方法:采用前瞻性空白对照临床试验。根据体质的不同对试验组进行饮食调养,对照组不干预;为期一学期,以身高、体质量的增长、缺课天数为指标进行评估。结果:试验组身高增加(23.8±14.8)%,对照组身高增加(19.7±11.1)%,试验组身高增加大于对照组(P<0.05);试验组体质量增加(7.82±3.4)%,对照组体质量增加(6.84±3.47)%,试验组体质量增加高于对照组(P<0.05);试验期间,试验组缺课(2.17±4.74)d,对照组缺课(2.87±5.77)d,试验组缺课天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体质食养能促进学龄前儿童身高、体质量的增长,减少缺课天数,提高其群体健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the promotion effect of diet nursing of traditional Chinese medicine constitution on preschool children′health.Methods:Adopted the clinical test of the foresight blank to compare.The treatment group was given diet nursing according to the different constitution,while the control group without intervention.And with the growth of height and weight,absent days as an index for evaluation lasting one semester.Results:After the test,increased height ratio of the test group was(23.8±14.8) %,while increased height ratio of the control group was(19.7±11.1)% and increased height ratio of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);Gained weight ratio of the test group was(7.82±3.4) %,while gained weight ratio of the control group was(6.84±3.47)% and gained weight ratio of the treatment group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05);During the test,absent(2.17 ±4.74) d in the treatment group and control group for absence(2.87 ±5.77) d.The absent days in the treatment group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet nursing can promote the preschool children′s height,weight,reduce absent days,and improve the health.更多还原
