【摘要】 目的:通过研究芪夏消瘿合剂对桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto thyroiditis,HT)患者甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、T细胞亚群的影响,探讨芪夏消瘿合剂治疗桥本甲状腺的临床疗效。方法:将64例桥本甲状腺炎患者,使用随机数字表法随机分为两组。治疗组34例,对照组30例。其中甲状腺功能减退患者予左甲状腺素钠,甲状腺功能亢进患者予甲巯咪唑等常规治疗,甲状腺功能正常者,予以对症治疗。治疗组在原方案治疗基础上加服芪夏消瘿合剂,2个月后判定疗效。结果:治疗组在改善综合疗效方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组对HT甲状腺功能减退患者在改善TT4、FT4方面均优于对照组;对HT甲状腺功能亢进患者,在改善TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH方面均优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较,能显著降低HT患者甲状腺自身抗体(TPOAb、TGAb)。治疗组升高CD3+、CD8+值,降低CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值,明显优于对照组。结论:芪夏消瘿合剂能显著降低TPOAb、TGAb,升高CD3+、CD8+值,降低CD4+值,对HT患者具有较好的临床疗效。其作用可能与改善免疫功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical efficiency of Qixia Xiaoying mixture in the treatment of hashimoto′s thyroiditis,through the study on the effects of Qixia Xiaoying mixture on the thyroid peroxidase antibodies(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),T cell subsets of the patients with hashimoto′s thyroiditis.Methods:64 patients with hashimoto′s thyroiditis were randomly divided into treatment group(34cases)and control group(30cases).The patients with hypothyroidism were treated with levothyroxine sodium;the patients with hyperthyroidism were treated with methimazole;The patients with normal function of thyroid were treated with symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was given Qixia Xiaoying mixture based on the original plans and the curative effect was evaluated after 2 months.Results:Improvement of the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Improvement of TT4、FT4 of the patients with hypothyroidism was superior to the control group.Improvement of TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4 and TSH of the patients with hyperthyroidism was superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In the treatment group,thyroid autoantibodies of patients with HT were obviously lower compared with control group.Rise CD3+,CD8+,reduce the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Qixia Xiaoying mixture can obviously reduce TPOAb,TGAb,raise CD3+,CD8+ and reduce CD4+.It has better clinical curative effect for the patients with chronic lymphoid thyroiditis.The effects are related to the improvement of the immune function.更多还原
