【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病与肝肾的相关性。方法:围绕慢性阻塞性肺疾病与中医学多系统相关的实质研究,在对肺肝肾的理论、五行规律认识的基础上,进一步探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病与肝肾之间的相关性,从而为该病从肝肾论治打下理论基础。结果:慢性阻塞性肺疾病常并发肝肾损害,中医的整体观念较为系统的认识慢性阻塞性肺疾病状态下肺脏与其他脏腑之间的相关性。中医学认为,慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种多系统疾病,肺、肝、肾三脏相互制约、共同影响本病发生发展。结论:在治疗肺脏本脏的同时应顾护肝、肾,按照辨证论治的原则或滋补肝肾,或阴阳并补,以达到未病先防、既病防变、提高整体疗效的治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with liver and kidney.Methods:This article focused on essential study of TCM multi-system correlation theory with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,on the basis of cognition of theory of lung,liver and kidney system,five elements system laws,and further discussed correlation between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and liver and kidney,and established a theoretical foundation for treating COPD in liver and kidney aspect.Results:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) was a very common respiratory disease with high morbidity.Patients accompanied with liver and kidney damage are common in clinical,and traditional Chinese medicine holism concept and theory can understand the relationship of lung and other viscera systematically under the state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.From Chinese medical perspective,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a kind of multi-system related disease,with mutual interact on three dirty of lung,liver and kidney to impact the development of the disease.Conclusion:Liver,kidney should be protected at the same time of treatment of the lung.According to principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,such as nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and yang,tonifying deficiency,treating excess with purgation,so as to achieve the aims of preventive treatment of disease,prevention disease from exacerbating and improvment overall curative effects.更多还原
