【摘要】 目的:建立加味益气丸中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法,以乙腈:水(32∶68)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1;漂移管温度为98℃,氮气流速为1.5 L·min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷在0.852～5.112μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为96.28%,RSD为1.18%(n=5)。结论:本研究建立的HPLC-ELSD法专属性强、准确度高、重复性好,可用于加味益气丸的的黄芪甲苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estabish the method for determination of content of astragaloside in Jiawei Yiqi Pill.Methods:Using high performance liquid chrimatography with evaporative light scattering detection method,acetonitrile:water(32:68) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the drift tube temperature was 98 degrees celsius,the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Results:Astragaloside good linear relation within 0.852-5.112 μg(r=0.999 2),the average recovery was 96.28%,RDS was 1.18%(n=5).Conclusion:The HPLC-ELSD method established in this study with strong specificity,high accuracy,good repeatability,can be used for determination of content of astragaloside in Jiawei Yiqi Pill.更多还原
