【摘要】 目的:观察杏苏平喘散治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将121例支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组61例和治疗组60例,对照组给予常规吸氧、通畅呼吸道、应用抗生素及糖皮质激素等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服杏苏平喘散(方药组成:杏仁15 g,紫苏子10 g,黄芩10 g,紫菀12 g,炙麻黄9 g,桔梗12 g,生甘草6 g)治疗。结果:对照组有效率为78.69%,治疗组有效率为95.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杏苏平喘散治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著。更多还原
