【摘要】 目的:探讨针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:查阅国内近年来针灸疗法对过敏性鼻炎的临床治疗与实验研究概况,包括针刺、灸法、穴位埋线、穴位注射、穴位贴敷、综合疗法以及实验室研究的情况并进行综述。结果:针灸疗法对该病治疗的有效率多在90%左右,综合疗法多于单一疗法,但多存在诊断标准和疗效判定标准不统一、实验研究过少且欠规范、机理尚未阐明等问题。结论:临床研究采用国家最新颁布的诊断与疗效标准,科研设计进行大样本多因素观察等,对阐明针灸治疗该病的机理、提高临床疗效具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for allergic rhinitis.Methods: The clinical and experimental study of acupuncture therapies for allergic rhinitis,including acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint injection,acupoint application,combination therapy as well as laboratory studies in recent years was conducted and overviewed.Results: The effective rate of acupuncture treatment for this disease was about 90% and the combination therapy was better than monotherapy.But there existed problems like,the diagnostic criteria and therapeutic efficacy standards were not unified;experimental study was too little with less standardization and mechanism had not been elucidated etc.Conclusions: Clinical studies,which use the latest diagnostic and efficacy standards promulgated by the State and large sample and multi-factor observation of research design,have important significance in elucidating the mechanism of acupuncture for the treatment of this disease,and improving clinical efficacy.更多还原
