【摘要】 目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味麝香治疗脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例;观察组在脊髓损伤常规治疗的基础上给予补阳还五汤加味麝香治疗,每天3次,入院后第3天开始服用,连续服用4周,对照组在脊髓损伤常规治疗的基础上给予大活络丸治疗。于治疗前和治疗4周后按国际脊髓损伤神经评分标准(ASIA)对神经的感觉和运动功能进行评分,统计结果。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前后神经功能评分比较,两组在治疗前神经的感觉和运动功能评分无显著差异(P>0.05),而治疗4周后感觉和运动功能评分均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加味麝香治疗脊髓损伤有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the Clinical effect on the treatment of spinal cord injury by Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus musk.Methods: 64cases were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases).The observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus musk based on the routine treatment of spinal cord injury,3 times per day,continuously for 4 weeks.The remedy was given at the 3rd day when the patient was hospitalized.The observation group was given Da Huoluo pill based on the routine treatment of spinal cord injury.The grading of the functions of nervous sense and motion was implemented before and after the 4week-treatment according to the international spinal cord injury neural classification standard(ASIA).Results: Before and after the treatment,the score of neural function was applied between group measurement data t test in the two groups.The difference had no notable significance(P > 0.05) in the score of the nervous sense and motion before the treatment while after 4 weeks,it had notable significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus musk has notable clinical curative effects in treating spinal cord injury.更多还原
