【摘要】 目的:探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将73例卒中后抑郁症患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组,对照组37例采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)治疗,治疗组36例在对照组的基础上加用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。观察治疗前及治疗28 d后神经功能缺损(NFI)评分及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化。结果:NFI及HAMD评分显示,两组患者疗效评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效显著,且能缓解抑郁症状,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction for the treatment of post stroke depression.Methods: 73 patients with post stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups according to the examining sequence.The control group of 37 cases was treated with Deanxit,and the treatment group of 36 cases was additionally given Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction based on the control group.The changes of the nerve function impairment(NFI) scores,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) score were observed before treatment and after treatment for 28 days.Results: The scores of NFI and HAMD in two groups showed that the nerve function impairment scores in two groups after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05) and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of post stroke depression has significant therapeutic effect,and also can alleviate depression symptoms,and improve quality of life.Reference citation: Dong Lihua.Clinical Research of Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction for the Treatment of Post Stroke Depression[J].China Journal of Chinese Medicine,2013,28(2) : 251-252.更多还原
