【摘要】 目的:探讨补中益气汤的临床应用情况。方法:通过对柴胡在补中益气汤中的配伍及功效的分析,对补中益气汤的临床运用进行初步探讨。结果:补中益气汤主治中上二焦疾病,功用助脾运化、充盛谷气、开发上焦、通利营卫;下焦肝肾不足之人,若用补中益气汤,升发太过,则有耗损阴精之虞。临床上阴血不足的患者,应用补中益气汤时应当审慎。结论:补中益气汤系金元四大家之一李东垣创制,功能补中益气、升阳举陷,是临床常用的健脾益气方剂。但临证之际,应圆机活法,不可胶柱鼓瑟,执一而治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Methods: Compatibility and effect of Radix Bupleuri in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were analyzed,and the clinical application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was primary discussed.Results: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction mainly treated diseases of the upper energizer and middle energizer,and the effect was to assist spleen in transportation and transformation,fill the rice qi,develop the upper energizer,and promote nutrient qi and defensive qi.If Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was applied to patients with deficiency of liver and kidney in lower energizer,then the lucid yang was sended up excessively,so risks of losing yin fluid were caused.For patients of deficiency of yin-blood in clinic,the use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction should be cautious.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was created by Li Dongyuan,who belonged to one of the four schools of the Jin-yuan Dynasty,and its effects were tonifying middle energizer and benefiting qi,ascending up spleen-qi,which was the common prescription of nourishing spleen and enriching qi in clinical.While in clinical practice,perfect mechanisms and flexible therapy should be widely considered,avoiding of sticking to old ways stubbornly in the face of changed circumstances and persisting one method for treatment.更多还原
