【摘要】 目的:观察二胡白芍汤加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将112例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例。治疗组予二胡白芍汤加减治疗,对照组予口服马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,治疗1个月后观察两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.9%,对照组为69.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:二胡白芍汤加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effect of Er-hu Bai-shao decoction on Constipation type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods: 112 patients with Constipation Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 cases in each group;patints in the treatment group were treated with Er-hu Bai-shao decoction,and those in the control group were treated with Trimebutine maleate tablets.The clinical effects were obsevred after one month.Results: The total efficiency rate was 92.9% and 69.6% in the two groups respectively,and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;There were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Er-hu Bai-shao decoction can provide better effect on Constipation type irritable bowel syndrome.更多还原
