【摘要】 目的:检测河南汉族肺结核患者蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶非受体型22(PTPN22)基因rs33996649与rs2488457位点的多态性。方法:采用PCR-RFLP方法检测河南汉族205例正常人和214肺结核患者PTPN22基因rs33996649与rs2488457位点的多态性,并进行基因型频率、等位基因频率的比较。结果:河南汉族群体中未发现rs33996649位点多态性;肺结核组和对照组rs2488457位点等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.134,P=0.144),G/G基因型频率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.976,P=0.026)。结论:PTPN22基因rs33996649多态性与河南汉族肺结核发生无关;rs2488457的G/G基因型与河南汉族肺结核易感性有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the relation between PTPN22 polymorphism at rs33996649 and rs2488457 and pulmonary tuberculosis( TB) of Han population in Henan province. Methods: A total 214 cases of TB( TB group) and 205 healthy subjects ( control group) were recruited in the study. The polymorphisms of rs33996649 and rs2488457 were detected by PCR-RFLP. Results: rs33996649 polymorphism was not found in Henan population; there was no significant difference be-tween the TB group and the control group in the allele gene frequency of rs2488457( χ 2 = 2. 134,P = 0. 144) ,but there was significant difference in G / G gene frequency of rs2488457( χ 2 = 4. 976,P = 0. 026) . Conclusions: rs33996649 may had no relationship with TB; the G / G genotype of rs2488457 may increase the susceptibility of TB.更多还原
