【摘要】 目的:初步探讨KCTD10基因在上皮型脑膜瘤中的表达及意义。方法:收集正常脑膜及新鲜上皮型脑膜瘤标本7例,用免疫组化染色法检测KCTD10在这些标本中的表达情况。结果:在3例正常脑膜中未检测到KCTD10的表达,在所有上皮型脑膜瘤(WHOⅠ级)组织中均检测到KCTD10的高表达。结论:KCTD10在上皮型脑膜瘤中表达水平高,提示KCTD10可能在上皮型脑膜瘤的发生发展中起作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of KCTD10(potassium channel tetramerisation domain-containing 10) gene in epithelial type of meningiomas.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KCTD10 in 3 cases of normal meninges and 4 cases of meningiomas.Results KCTD10 expression was not detected in 3 cases of normal meninges.But there were high-level expression of KCTD10 in all of the meningiomas tissues.Conclusion KCTD10 has a high-level expression in epithelial type of meningiomas,and it is suggested that KCTD10 may play an important role in epithelial type of meningiomas.更多还原
