【摘要】 目的了解医务人员对流感疫苗的认知和接种意愿情况,探讨开展以医院为基础的提高医务人员流感疫苗接种率的方法。方法对255名医务人员采取自行设计的对流感疫苗的认知和接种意愿问卷进行调查。结果 38.04%的人员认为接种流感疫苗对预防流感有效,33.73%的人员认为接种流感疫苗是安全的;调查人群中有42.75%愿意接种流感疫苗,但仅有27.45%能够接受每年进行接种;不愿意接种流感疫苗的原因主要为对疫苗的安全性、来源不放心,疫苗的保护作用有限,保护时间短等。结论医务人员对流感疫苗相关知识的认知和接种意愿偏低,可利用多种形式开展宣传教育活动提高医务人员对流感疫苗的认知和接种率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectlve To know the awareness of healthcare workers on influenza vaccines and vaccination intend and explore how to increase the influenza vaccination rate of healthcare workers. Methods A survey was taken to 255 healthcare workers by a self-designed questionnaire which included the influenza vaccine awareness and vaccination intend. Results 38.04 % of the people considered that influenza vaccination was effective for the prevention of influenza. 33.73 % of the people considered that influenza vaccination was safe. In this survey 42.75 % of the people were willing to influenza vaccination. But only 27.45 % can accept annual vaccination. The reason unwilling to influenza vaccination were concerned that the vaccine was not assured the safety, the limited effect and timeliness short. Conclusions The influenza vaccine awareness and vaccination intend of healthcare workers are insufficiencies. The measure as various publicity and education activities could improve the awareness and influenza vaccine inoculation rate of healthcare workers.更多还原
