铁素体对X60管线钢DWTT性能的影响
EFFECT ANALYSIS OF THE FERRITE ON PERFORMANCE OF DWTT IN X60 PIPELINE STEELS
【摘要】 通过对所选不同工艺X60管线钢试样DWTT断口纤维率进行组织对比分析,结果表明,适量的多边形铁素体与针状铁素体的混合组织对提高X60管线钢的DWTT性能有明显作用;但当多边铁素体含量过高时则DWTT性能明显降低,亦与铁素体晶粒大小也有关系,晶粒越细DWTT断口纤维率越高。
【Abstract】 Through the comparative analysis of the fiber fracture shear- area percentage in DWTT and microstructure of different samples of X60 pipeline steels,the results show that contains the appropriate amount of polygonal ferrite and acicular ferrite mixed microstructures whose performance of SA% in DWTT improved significantly; which contains more polygonal ferrite have significantly decreased the performance of the SA% in DWTT,and also the ferrite grain size is a relationship,the finer the ferrite grain,the higher fiber fracture shear- area percentage in DWTT.
