【Abstract】 This article made a comprehensive and in-depth elaboration of the quality that scientific paper authors should have from two aspects of psychological quality and academic quality. It was pointed out that the authors should have psychological quality such as pursuit of truth, being persevere, continuous innovation, being honest and trustworthy, dedicating his life to science.
