正负离子表面活性剂复配系统囊泡的可调控性
The Controllability of Mixed Cationic /Anionic Surfactant Vesicle Systems
【摘要】 考察了盐浓度、碱金属离子、表面活性剂组成和总浓度对于SDS/DTAB/碱金属氯化盐水复配系统生成的囊泡平均粒径和多分散指数PdI的影响,调节这些因素可以调控复配系统的囊泡.采用TEM及DLS(动态光散射)技术对囊泡进行了表征,以探求粒径较均一囊泡制备的条件.
【Abstract】 The influences of salt concentration,the type of alkali ions,composition and total concentration of surfactant on Z-average hydrodynamic radii and polydispersity indexes(PdI) of the vesicles formed by SDS/DTAB/alkali chloride aqueous mixed systems have been investigated.The vesicles can be controllable by tuning these influencing factors.In order to explore the conditions for preparing the vesicles with good monodispersity and low PdI,the vesicles have been characterized by TEM and DLS techniques.
