【摘要】 目的探讨Neuroform自膨式支架辅助电解脱弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的方法及临床效果。方法 15例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者中,10例采用平行式栓塞,5例采用顺序式。结果所有支架均成功释放并行弹簧圈栓塞,栓塞后造影复查见完全栓塞及大部分栓塞13例,部分栓塞2例,15例患者术后3~6个月复查DSA,均未见复发,部分栓塞的2例患者复查造影时残腔消失,未发生脑出血及脑梗死。结论通过支架辅助电解脱弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤,无论采用平行式或还是顺序式均安全、有效,具有致密栓塞率高的特点,栓塞疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of self-expanding stent-assisted embolization with electricrelief coil on intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods Fifteen cases that were given stent-assisted electric relief coil embolism of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed,10cases were given parallel embolism,and 5cases were given sequential embolism.Results All stents were successfully released and the coil of embolism was finished.After embolism we found by angiography that fully embolism and most embolism were 13cases,2cases were partial occlusion.After 3 ~6months through review DSA,15patients all showed no recurrence,residual cavity of 2cases with partial occlusion had disappeared and cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction did not occur.Conclusion Stent-assisted embolization with electric-relief coil for intracranial wide-necked aneurysms,whether parallel or sequential method,is safe and effective,and it had the characteristics of high dense embolism,and its embolism made the patients satisfaction.更多还原
