纳洛酮治疗老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察纳洛酮治疗老年多发脑梗死性痴呆的疗效。方法入选老年多发脑梗死痴呆患者80例,随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用纳洛酮治疗,对照组采用血塞通治疗,3个疗程后,通过治疗前后各神经量表的检测,比较2组患者的缺血情况、日常生活能力和智力精神情况的变化。结果 2组患者治疗后Hachinski缺血量表评分均显著下降(P<0.05),但同期相比,治疗组下降幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);只有治疗组ADL评分和HDS-R评分提高具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且同期相比,治疗组治疗后ADL评分和HDS-R评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮治疗老年多发脑梗死性痴呆疗效显著,有效改善患者的缺血状态,且对智力和生活能力改善显著,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the curative effect of naloxone treatment on elderly multiple cerebral infarction dementia.Methods 80elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction dementia were randomly divided into two groups with each group 40cases,and study group was treated with naloxone,control group adopted chinese traditional medicine treatment.After three course,by inspection of the neurological scale before and after the treatment,two groups’ ischemia,the change of daily life ability and intelligence mental conditions change were compared.Results After treatment,two groups’ Hachinski ischemia rating scale were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but that of study group decreased significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);Only increase of ADL scores and HDS-R score of control group had a significant difference(P<0.05),and after treatment compared to the same period,study group’s ADL scores and HDS-R score were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Naloxone on senile multiple cerebral infarction dementia is distinct,and effectively improve patient state of ischemia,and the recovery of intellectual spirit and ability to restore life improved dramatically,and is worth of clinical promotion.
