【摘要】 目的评价音乐康复训练对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者的疗效。方法对入住我院的60例AD患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,进行为期1a的音乐治疗。采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)对2组AD患者音乐干预前和干预1a后神经功能进行评定。结果经过音乐治疗1a后,2组患者MMSE评分和ADL评分均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐康复训练能够改善AD患者记忆功能、认知功能、行为功能、语言功能和情绪功能等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of music rehabilitation training in improving the cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods Totally 60 patients at early and medium stage were randomized into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=28).Patients in the observation group received one-year music rehabilitation training.All the patients were assessed by mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activity of daily living(ADL)scale at baseline and one-year later to ensure their cognitive function and daily life ability.Results There were significant differences between the observation group and control group through one-year music rehabilitation training(P<0.05).Conclusion Music rehabilitation training can improve AD patients’cognitive function and daily life ability and could be used easily and widely.更多还原
