河南省小麦白粉病时空变化特征分析

【摘要】 利用河南省10个气象观测站2000-2011年小麦白粉病调查资料,采用经验正交函数分解(EOF)等方法,分析了河南省小麦不同生育阶段白粉病发生的时空变化特征,根据各地区病叶率和发病面积的大小,构建了综合发病指数,对全省冬小麦白粉病发生强度进行风险分析。结果表明:各要素场第一、二模态的累积方差贡献率大都在70%以上,可用来解释各要素场大部分的时空分布特征;小麦白粉病发病风险北高南低,综合发病指数与小麦生长季的降水和气温均呈显著负相关。

【Abstract】 In terms of the wheat powdery mildew investigation data in 2000—2011 from 10 weather observation stations in Henan province,the analysis of temporal-spatial variation characteristics on wheat powdery mildew in different growing stages is carried out by using empirical orthogonal function( EOF) method. According to the incidence leaf rate and the incidence area,a comprehensive incidence index is built and the risk analysis for the winter wheat powdery mildew in strength was finished. The results show that: the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first and the second modes for each element field is mostly in the more than 70% and that can be used to explain the temporal-spatial distribution characteris-tics of different elements. The risk of wheat powdery mildew disease is higher in north Henan and lower in south Henan,and the comprehensive incidence index is signally negatively correlative with the rainfall and temperature in wheat growth stages.
